A representative signature is necessary for all delivery. Please DO NOT choose night delivery service, because only for American customers. Make sure you add
delivery instructions during payment. Here, you can choose the opening time to avoid delivering out of the operating hours. Special comments for Walmart buyers!
DO NOT choose delivery through direct room friends or any other national delivery service. These services are for US -based residential customers. Items are usually distributed in plastic bags without names or tracking numbers. Please make sure to use the "add delivery" option to provide open hours for the supplier. USEFUL TIP: - the shipment of a fragile item, add additional instructions to the supplier to ensure the right packaged items for international transportation. -we are happy to accept Drop off, Please make sure the items are adequately packaged.

After your package is delivered to out warehouse address, it is sent to Jamaica on the next shipment out.

We advise everyone to create their own account and not to share their personal mailbox number.
Why am I required to provide invoices for my packages?
Smart Emoji Courier is required to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country using the invoices. As such, you are required to submit all invoices within 24-72 hours after getting your notification that your package/s has been received at warehouse. If the invoices are not provided that might result in delays and customs might assess a different value to your package. This may also include your packages being detained.
What if I do not have an invoice?
Customs reserves the right to detain any package being brought into the country without an invoice.
